Shipping Policy
At Piffles & Promises Publishing, we offer standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) for all orders in the USA (50 states and Washington, D.C.). We use the United States Postal Service for all of our orders, and orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days, though delivery times may vary. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Allow 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order.

International orders are not accepted at this time. Our Shipping Policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Return & Exchange Policy
If there is an issue with a book that you ordered, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis. Please have your order number available. We will respond to you within 2 business days.

Unfortunately, Piffles & Promises does not refund digital purchases. Should eBooks be made available through our website, and you have an issue accessing a purchased eBook, you may contact Customer Service for assistance. We will respond to you within 2 business days.

For issues with products purchased through third party distributors (for example, Amazon, Kindle, Barnes & Noble, etc.), please contact customer service representatives of the company where the product was purchased.
